Job Description

The individual selected for this position will be responsible for being a business partner with several functions within the corporate supply chain organization. These functions include supply chain strategy  and services, business to business, mcqi, logistics and e commerce. The successful person is accountable for leading and implementing the effective and consistent delivery of human resource programs  and services to these corporate supply chain organizations. The individual must be customer focused and comitted to delivering uncompromising  customer service. Other duties include conducting needs assessments, training, the facilitation of small and large groups in meetings and workshops.

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred. 5 years of Human resource experience including previous leadership experience. Experience deploying worforce planning systems including talent management, succession planning and leadership development. Exposure to organizational development theory in practices. Project management experience , such as the development of HR metrics, retention strategies or the implementation of a college relations program. Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications  and the ability to learn HR systems applications.
