Job Description

The role as Network Manager in the Enterprise Infrastructure Department. Define, design, implement, and maintain all IT
services related to networking, including LAN, WAN, and unified communications infrastructure.
•Maintain availability of the local- and wide-area network infrastructure, and unified communications services at all operating
company locations and data center. Directs staff responsible for day to day SLA's
•Manage internal staff and vendors for incident resolution and project support related to networking and unified
•Work with stakeholders to define business and system requirements for new technology implementations.
•Establish plans and prioritize initiatives for network infrastructure and unified communications services.
•Balance and negotiate the needs of multiple users and communicate the business advantages of various technical solutions.
•Creation and enforcement of standards, and recommendations on policies and procedures.
•Mentor subordinate and less-experienced staff on technical subjects and business-related information, and performs
performance reviews.
•Provides 24x7 on call support for networking.


Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or other technical discipline. Professional certifications in networking and
VOIP technologies are preferred.
Requires minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years of experience managing staff or
leading teams, and a minimum of 5 years Cisco Networking and VOIP experience.
Requires extensive technical knowledge and strong administration skills related to networking infrastructure; and proven
skills/experience supporting a high quality and reliable technology infrastructure in a multi-platform, multi-site environment.
