Minority Executive Search is seeking a Sales Leader that will own and build Automotive Sales Vertical. This leader will build, shape and grow the automotive business. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast growing and entrepreneurial organization. This leader will build and lead a sales team responsible for driving adoption of cloud computing within the Automotive industry. You will be responsible for developing pipelines, evangelizing cloud computing, driving new customer acquisition, revenue and user adoption. This role will communicate at the C-suite as well as with software developers, partners, and IT architects. He/she will be responsible for working with the public policy team to help shape emerging public policies around the use of cloud computing, and for working with the company partner team to develop a robust partner ecosystem. In particular, he/she will:
BA/BS in Computer Science, business, or related field
MBA a plus Experience
The ideal candidate will possess a Sales Background that enables them to drive an engagement as well as a technical background that enables them to interact with software developers and architects. He/she should be a self-starter with demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about sales, business, product, and technical challenges. This leader must possess the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions. He/she will have domain expertise and have a perspective on how the cloud is impacting the automotive industry and the competitive landscape.
