Job Description: This role will communicate at the C-suite as well as with software developers, partners and IT architects. He/she will also be responsible for working with the our clients public policy team to help shape emerging public policies around the use of cloud computing, and working with the our clients partner team to develop a robust partner ecosystem. In particular, he/she will: • Ensure customer satisfaction • Develop account strategies and coverage model • Lead team to identify, develop and work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption • Drive revenue and market share, meeting or exceeding revenue targets • Develop and execute against a set of goals including customer references, support, training • Ensure organization is well trained to deliver • Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed marketing and sales engagements Educational Requirements: BA/BS in Computer Science, business or related field MBA a plus Experience The ideal candidate will possess both a sales background that enables them to drive an engagement as well as a technical background that enables them to easily interact with software developers and architects. He/she should also be a self-starter with demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about sales, business, product, and technical challenges with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions, and work across the organization to build consensus.
